Quizzes
Multiple-choice assessments that can gate progress, with passing scores, per-question feedback, and recorded attempts.
Quizzes are multiple-choice assessments that live in the curriculum alongside lessons. They show the passing score at the top and grade instantly when the learner submits.
Question types
Each question is either single choice (one correct answer, radio buttons) or select all that apply (multiple correct answers, checkboxes), with up to five options. Add an optional follow-up note to a question to explain the answer after the learner responds.
Passing score
Set a passing threshold per quiz as a percentage (the default is 70). Learners must meet it for the quiz to count as passed.
Gating
Turn on the "must pass to unlock the next item" option to keep the following lesson or module locked until the learner passes. Combined with sequential access, this lets a quiz gate the rest of the course.
Retries and attempts
Every attempt is recorded with its score and pass/fail result. Enable unlimited retries to let learners retake a quiz for practice; leave it off and a learner who has already passed simply continues without retaking.
