License

Learn with Foundation is licensed, not sold, under our proprietary license. A purchase grants you the right to use the Software on the number of sites included in your plan (1 site for Pro, 25 for Agency, unlimited for Unlimited).

Orders & payment

Prices are listed at checkout and billed in the currency shown. Paid plans renew annually unless cancelled. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Acceptable use

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the Software except as permitted by your license. Activation requires a valid license key, validated against our license server.

Support & updates

Active licenses include access to updates and support for the license term, as described on the pricing page.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available from the site footer.

Disclaimer & liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.
