30-day money-back guarantee
If Learn with Foundation isn't the right fit, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund your payment in full, no questions asked.
How to request
Email us from the address used at checkout with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
After a refund
On refund, the associated license key is deactivated and access to updates and support for that license ends. Renewals cancelled before the renewal date are not charged for the next term.
Exceptions
Refunds outside the 30-day window are considered case by case and are not guaranteed.
