The plans above are Learn with Foundation license tiers: flat annual, per-site plugin licenses. How you charge learners is a separate decision made in your WooCommerce store, and Learn with Foundation never takes a per-course or per-learner fee.
One-time course purchases
Link a course to a WooCommerce product. When the order reaches processing or completed, the buyer is enrolled automatically and the course appears in My Learning. A refunded or cancelled order expires access on its own.
Free courses
Publish free courses with instant enrollment and no checkout. Use them as lead magnets or previews, then upsell paid programs through the same WooCommerce store.
Recurring access with WooCommerce Subscriptions
Learn with Foundation does not include native recurring billing. To sell memberships or subscription access, pair course products with the WooCommerce Subscriptions extension: the subscription order runs through the same checkout and enrolls the learner like any other purchase.

Yes. Agency and Unlimited include white-label LMS subdomain support, run learn.example.com while WooCommerce stays on your main site. Set FOUNDATION_LEARN_URL in wp-config. Pro runs on the same WordPress install as your store. See LMS subdomain setup in docs.
CommerceDo I need WooCommerce? ▼
Not for the free preview plugin itself. You still complete a $0 checkout to get the download. WooCommerce is not required to explore courses on the free tier. Once you sell paid access, Pro and above require WooCommerce for products, payments, and auto-enrollment. Learn with Foundation handles learning after the order; it does not replace your store.
